In the event of severe delays to your delivery, you are required to notify us of the delay within a maximum of 30 days from the date on which the package was collected by the post office, by sending an email . We will then contact the postal service to open an incident inquiry.

Should no delivery be made 30 days after receipt of the order despatch email, the client may cancel the order in question. Amounts paid by the client shall be refunded as soon as possible and at the latest 30 days from the date on which the order was cancelled, to the exclusion of all other forms of compensation. The client must submit the request in writing (letter or email to be sent to the addresses given in the "Contact Us" section of KIABI's website).

Any delivery issues (missing or damaged items) must be reported here within 48 hours. We will then request either that you send us a photo of the item or that you return the item in question to us.

Should the client receive a faulty item, Kiabishop.com is responsible for refunding postal return expenses.
